I’m Nanette Cortez
My most important earthly title is a wife, stepmom, and grandma (NeNe). Yes you heard that right, I am a grandma and I love every minute of it! My passion and purpose are inspiring women to be both spiritually strong and living a Joy FULL Life – pursuing Christ, going deeper in their prayer life, serving their families well & using their God-given gifts to bless others.
I am so excited about what God is doing as he has opened the door for online training, providing more opportunities for life-on-life discipleship. I also enjoy providing a private Christian membership that gives women a non-judgmental place to have bible studies, prayer time, and Live monthly coaching sessions.
I’ve always had a heart for ministry. As a young child, I would gather all my dolls and stuffed animals and either preach or teach a class to them. I’ve always had a passion for prayer and as a teenager, the Lord started teaching me about prayer. As a young adult, my pastor’s wife took me under her wing and started mentoring me in prayer. In my 30s, the Lord took me to Prayer Mountain in the Ozarks to learn from Billye Brim as well as other mighty, powerful women of prayer where I received knowledge from them on how to pray in my own prayer time as well as in corporate prayer. It kinda felt like I had been going through prayer boot camp.
After ordination in 2001, and doing work in the ministry for several years, I have continued to pursue the life of prayer I felt called too. I spent my time digging in the Word and prayer as well as learning from those God placed in my life. I have continued to travel and preach at Churches and Women’s Conferences as well as being a prayer leader.
My testimony is putting complete trust in God when facing severe financial and emotional crises. Taking control of your thoughts and finding joy in the Father. My teaching provides encouragement and help to those in need, showing people the love of God. Living a life full of joy.
